Happen Hits the Road

At Happen Northside, you will have the chance to sharpen your art skills and ignite the creative energy between you and a special child. No other program will make you think, learn, and create in quite the same way.

We're offering a wide range of free art activities at our Northside location Tuesdays through Thursdays and on Saturdays. Our activities have space for 10 parent/child teams per session. Seats are limited, so each session is on a first come, first served basis.

If you’re a first-time visitor, you must register to receive a free membership card.

After-School Art Programs (ASAP)
Happen's After-School Art Programs provide exciting and fun activities that build community awareness, self-esteem, and life skills through art.

Community Canvas
Community Canvas is a free Happen, Inc. traveling program that turns an average chain-link fence into a famous work of art, literally bringing art into the community.

Lights, Camera, Learning in Action
Lights, Camera, Learning in Action provides a wacky, hands-on introduction to filmmaking. This immersive seven-week experience yields real-world insight into the story development process.
